About This Project:

This is the porotype project of PLC and Arduino Based Conveyor Belt Control Metal Detection and Sorting System. In this project we used two controller for control whole system. We used Arduino for control the power section. We used Bluetooth technology by this technology we can controlled power section with android apps via Bluetooth technology. A Bluetooth module had to be connected to Arduino for this system. For another controlling part we used PLC which is the main brain of this project. A proximity sensor we used for metal detector which sensor connected to the PLC. Our project has arranged two conveyor belts. The product goes with one belt and the other belt is used only to take metallic materials. When detection any metal then first belt is stopped and second belt start & the metal separation mechanism start for separation this metal.in this project main objective is the metal detection & Sorting.

-        SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply).
